$25 for the first 10 miles.
$1 per mile after that.
Travel fees use the one-way driving distance to your location, based on navigation. The travel fee is added to the service price and confirmed before booking.

Before we come out
Where do you offer mobile service?
Raleigh, Cary, Garner, Apex, Holly Springs, and surrounding Wake County. The map gives a regional reference. Send your location so we can confirm availability; a point inside a ring is not a guaranteed booking.
Is the travel fee the total cost?
The travel fee is separate from the service price. It is $25 for up to 10 one-way driving miles, plus $1 for each additional mile. We’ll confirm the service quote and travel fee before booking.
Can every repair be done mobile?
Mobile suitability depends on the repair, vehicle, equipment, and working conditions. Some jobs require a shop, a lift, or other specialist equipment. We’ll discuss that before arranging the visit.
What if my EV will not drive?
Describe the symptoms, warnings, and where the vehicle is parked. We’ll discuss whether an on-site diagnostic visit is appropriate. This service is not a towing or emergency roadside-response service.
Can you work at my workplace or a seller’s location?
That may be possible with the property owner’s or seller’s permission and suitable working space. Include any access restrictions in your request.
