Common questions
Which electric vehicles can you inspect?
Send the year, make, model, and listing for the Tesla, Rivian, or other EV you’re considering. We’ll confirm whether NCEV can support that vehicle and explain any inspection limits before booking.
Can you inspect a vehicle at a dealership or private seller’s location?
On-site inspections may be possible when the seller agrees and the location provides suitable access. Coordinate seller permission first, then send the address so we can confirm the arrangement.
How much does an inspection cost?
Request a quote with the vehicle details and location. Inspection pricing, applicable travel fees, and the agreed scope will be confirmed before booking.
Does an inspection guarantee there are no problems?
An inspection describes the vehicle’s observed condition at the time of the visit. Intermittent faults, concealed damage, inaccessible components, and future failures may not be detectable. We’ll explain any areas that could not be checked.
What should I include in my request?
The listing link, vehicle year/make/model, mileage, seller location, your preferred timing, and any specific concerns. Let us know whether you’ve already arranged access with the seller.
